I can remember, many years ago when I first started, how complicated all this was, you were just given a seat and a phone and told to learn from others. It was often painful and slow but over time things started to come together. Trial and error led to experience and I went from banking to trading and then to consulting. It's been a great journey but the start could have been a lot quicker and easier!
